We are delighted to announce the launch of our newest product: QPCR POLE Mutation Analysis Kit!

The POLE gene encodes the catalytic subunit of DNA polymerase epsilon, which is responsible for proofreading during DNA replication. Mutations in the POLE exonuclease domain have been linked to hypermutated cancers, among others. However, these mutations have also been associated with a favorable prognosis in endometrial carcinomas.

Our QPCR POLE Mutation Analysis Kit detects six major mutations and can distinguish five according to international guidelines. With 8 ng/sample DNA input, it saves you valuable FFPE tissue. This kit is compatible with common qPCR instruments and has been verified for use on the QuantStudio 5, as well as tested on the BioRad Cfx96 and Roche 480 Light Cycler. It seamlessly integrates into your existing workflow, making it a valuable addition to your research arsenal.
